Group pushes reforms to attract skilled foreigners

This article calls for immigration reform that favors small businesses, by issuing special entrepreneurial visas. It begins by setting up a dichotomy between Mayor Bloomberg from New York and Nashville, Tenn.: ” group led by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is trying to convince Nashville leaders to back new visa rules and other smaller reforms meant to help business.”

In subsequent paragraphs the article grows more sympathetic to this type of immigration reform, while warning that business leaders can help Congress pass reforms without “being waylaid by emotional issues such as border control…”
